Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
