To make homemade burgers, you will need the following ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, cheese, and any other toppings you like
Instructions:
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the desired level of doneness is reached.
During the last few minutes of cooking, place the hamburger buns on the grill to toast them slightly.
Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top the patty with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and any other toppings you like. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
Enjoy your homemade burgers!
